Enjoy total privacy and seclusion amongst awe inspiring beauty. Perfect for couples, small families, friends and individuals looking to disconnect from daily routines and reconnect to each other, to self. Our haven offers ultimate retreat amenities designed with all your needs in mind. Your kids will love our children's library and activity corner and exploring our private wildlife refuge! Mid-week, week-end and weekly rates are available.

• Art Studio Rentals with Accommodations
Individual or small group rentals for artists, writers and musicians seeking to connect to creative source. Complete with art studio equipment. Supplies available for purchase or bring your own.

• Weekend Getaways, Retreat and Vacation Rental Packages
Special value packages include accommodations, private instruction in arts, wellness or nature studies and holistic wellness and spa services. In-house meals by a licensed chef are offered. Meals and entertainment at area attractions are optional.

• Custom Retreats
Enhance your stay by adding professional services to include private instruction and/or holistic wellness and spa services by licensed practitioners, and meals prepared by a licensed chef.

• Small Group Meeting Facility Rentals
For organizers, meeting planners or professional instructors seeking a quality facility to accommodate 4 -12 persons.

• Custom Wedding Packages
Create your perfect wedding day and extended honeymoon. Management is licensed to perform ceremonies. We also welcome religious leaders of all denominations.

Orientation Welcome and Guided Nature Tour Included
Upon arrival, our host reviews the house rules and sees to your comfort. For your safety and pleasure, a guided tour of our wildlife refuge trails, habitats and creeks is provided by our land manager the same day or the following morning.

For your convenience, 4-wheel drive vehicle transportaion service is provided by our host upon request. A camp site and large tent is available with Hummingbird House rentals if additional accommodations are required. Minimal fees apply.

Please Note:
The Hummingbird House Upper Level, Lower Level and Optional Camping Sites are only available for rent at the same time for registered guests of the same party.

A peaceful retreat atmosphere for guests and wildlife will be maintained at all times.


In accordance with our respect for all life, hunting and fishing within the property boundaries are prohibited.

This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is restricted to outdoor designated areas only.
