Cancellations: A refund minus 20% of deposit or a full credit applied to a confirmed alternate date will be given with written notice of (2) weeks or more prior to the arrival date. No refund or credits of deposit with less than (2) weeks written notice.

Rental Policy:
Rental Confirmation and Deposits: A Rental Deposit is Required to confirm reservation equal to (1) night stay. Balance is due no later then 2 weeks prior to arrival. A $200 Security Deposit due upon arrival. Upon approved inspection, the Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure. In booking your stay you agree that you will take care of the property and ensure that no damage is done or that no articles are removed. You agree that if those events were to take place, and damages are greater then the security deposit, your credit card may be charged for the additional costs of damages or loss sustained. All persons in a party must register prior to arrival.
